The Floor hand is a member of the crew that works on a service rig and is responsible for servicing oil and gas wells. The duties include assisting in rigging up and rigging down, running pipe, running rods and other functions specified by the Supervisor and Operator. All duties are to be performed to the standard operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site.
