The Rig Manager is directly responsible for the performance of the assigned crews. The Rig Manager must communicate with the crews to determine there needs in the field, deliver the supplies needed to the crew during the shift. The rig manager is required to be at the worksite in order to insure safe procedures are being followed. A high awareness of safety related issues is required. Rig manager will conduct safety meetings as well as complete all paperwork required each work day.
